Soft Washing is a building cleaning technique used for exterior house washing that uses low water pressure, in conjunction with a mixture of products, mold killers and cleaning surfactants. These not only remove all the dirt from the surface, but also kills any mold and mildew that may be growing there.
Soft washing is used on surfaces that could be prone to damage through high pressure. It is useful with delicate surfaces such as windows and certain cladding types such as cedar.
We start the process by applying a mixture of mold killer, and a type of soap to the entire surface to be cleaned. We allow the products to do their thing.
The mold killer, killing any mold and mildew while the soap will soften and attach itself to any dirt and grime on the surface.
Making it then easy to give the surface a good rinse with low pressure.
